What seems to be the problem?

First of all, sorry we couldn’t take your call. We’re a small company and as such we can’t offer 24 hour phone service  but we try to make up for it by offering as much information as possible all through the booking process and with pages like this one.

I’m waiting for a pickup but it’s not here

First of all, there might be a perfectly good explanation for this. If you look at the PDF ticket that came with your confirmation e-mail you will find all the information about your booking, including pick up info and contact details for the partner. Please note that the companies usually give a 30-45 minute window for pick up and you need to be ready and waiting at the given pickup time.

if your pickup should be there by now, according to your ticket, please contact the partner that is doing your tour directly by phone since the sooner they know about the problem the likelier it is that they can fix it.

I need to do last minute changes to my booking

If you are arriving within 48 hours it’s best if you contact the partner that is doing your tour directly.You can find all the information about which partner is doing your tour on the PDF ticket that came with your confirmation e-mail.

If you are booked on a tour that is scheduled to leave more than 48 hours from now the best thing for you to do is to send us an e-mail and we’ll look into it as soon as possible.
