Although we don’t have a physical address and official opening hours it’s still good to keep a few things in mind:
- When it’s night in Iceland, we cannot answer your e-mails because we’re probably (hopefully) sleeping.
- We are the most responsive between 08:00 and 18:00 (6 pm) GMT on weekdays. We do, however, monitor our e-mails outside of those hours and respond to urgent time-sensitive matters.
- We usually answer all inquiries within 24 hours. If we are very busy (on Mondays in particular) it can take us a little longer. Expect a longer response time on the weekend and around public holidays.
- If you need to do last minute changes to partner bookings (within 48 hours) or you are having a problem with a pickup, please contact the partner directly. You can find all the info you need on your ticket.
